Cánh gà nướng sốt Hoisin có vẻ ngoài bóng bẩy, được bao phủ một lớp sốt sánh, những thớ thịt bên trong thì vẫn giữ được sự mềm ngọt vốn có, trông thật hấp dẫn.
Bật trước lò nướng ở nhiệt độ 400°F/200°C. Cánh gà làm thật sạch, rửa nhiều lần với nước muối rồi ngâm vào nước lạnh 5 phút rồi vớt ra cho ráo. Chặt cánh gà ra làm đôi, thấm khô cánh gà, ướp với muối và tiêu.
Trộn đều sốt Hoisin, mật ong, nước tương, dầu mè lại với nhau. Cho cánh gà vào trộn đều. Xếp cánh gà lên khay nướng có lót sẵn giấy nến. Cho khay vào lò nướng trong 45 phút cho đến khi chín vàng.
Cánh gà nướng xong bạn cho ra ngoài và thưởng thức cùng một ít mè trắng rang và hành lá băm nhuyễn nhé. Món này thích hợp làm món ăn chính cho những bữa cơm tối của gia đình. Khi ăn có thể uống kèm bia sẽ ngon hơn nhiều nhé!
