Recommended Hole Punch
Good hole punch does what it's designed for. For me the price wasn't an issue maybe because of Prime for a little over $15 it does what it's designed for and if it wears out it's no biggie to replace. Pros: - The Handle - best thing ever added to a hole punch made the entire process so much easier specially in my case as I had it turned sideways when I was using it. - The Lock - yes there's a lock on the back that allows the punch to be locked down, handy if you have children who like to make "circle" or "dots" with your papers. (I'm out of that stage but remember it well) - Paper Amount - I've not tested it yet to see just how many papers it will punch at once but really have no desire to do that. However that being said I did punch a small stack of around 12 maybe a few more with no problem see the handle again here it give extra leverage Cons: - The Lock - now why would I put that is a pro and con well it has to do with the fact I had no idea it was there and it took me about 10 minutes to figure it out. LOL FYI you have to hold the handle down to move it and the unit comes locked. For you since I've let you know about it then it won't be a negative. - The Bottom - there's a rubbery thing on the bottom that is there to catch the "dots" however the unit moves back and forth in it sideways to me this was annoying I've bought many different hole punches over the years and by far this has appeared to be the best one. I'm a light user who uses it in my home office for whatever I need 3 holes in. I recommend this product taking into account that a user wanting it for extremely heavy use might not want to buy this product as I'm not positive if it's designed for that sort of abuse.

Nice paperpunch, but instructions need to be supplied.
I have no problems with it, maybe because I watched the video about it before it arrived. I did not expect seven punch heads and only need the three that was supplied. The handle was easy to unlock. Had I not saw the video I would have been in the dark about it. Very simple, push handle down then move it to the left to unlock. Providing instructions would be a good ideal for Swingline to consider, since there were no instructions provided. Maybe Swingline thinks it's a waste of paper.

Works Great, Hard to Unlock at First
This works really well! Although I will say it comes "locked" in the box and I could not figure out how to unlock it I literally had to Google it. You have to push the handle down, and then slide the grey part to unlock-- I was trying to slide the handle and all but it is just the grey part! Anyway, now that I can actually use it, it's perfect!

Awesome hole punch!
JUST FIGURE OUT HOW TO UNLOCK! IT ISN’T THST HARD PEOPLE! If you serious can’t figure it out, Just find the little white plastic piece at the arm hinge and move it over while you hold the arm down. THIS IS AN AWESOME HOLD PUNCH! It is easy to align and your holes will always be perfect. You can punch tons of papers at once with ease. Definitely would recommend for a college student like me or even teachers and office workers out there anywhere. I have owned several cheap hole punches and this is the best hole punch by far - and it is affordable! It is second only to the electric hole punchers that Swingline makes, but which also cost several hundred dollars. Definitely buy this, the color scheme actually still fits into most desk setups. 10/10 would recommend

Effortless punching.
I have used the standard 3 hole punch for years. I needed an adjustable one as I often have a need to do large volume single-hole punching. This punch allows for easy removal and repositioning of the punches. The handle makes it effortless to punch several sheets at a time. I make a lot of calendars and can punch 6-7 pages of heavy card stock easily.

The Cadillac of hole punchers
I had 2 other hole puncher things and they never work right and it was super frustrating so I gave in and ordered this one. All I can say it I love it! Its the Cadillac of hole punchers! My other 2 went in the trash, this is the only one I need now! It has a very comfortable handle, super easy to use and you can put several pieces of paper in it at one time

Excellent Three Hole Punch
Perfect and reasonably priced. Just be a little patient figuring out how to unlock it and properly placing the paper. Do not unscrew the screws at the bottom. Doing that will not unlock it, but will cause the punches to move out of position. I always trust the Swingline brand. The company has been around since 1925 and started making "open top" staplers with strips of staples in 1939. Swingline invented this version of the stapler which became an industry standard - even to the present.

I'm so glad I bought this hole punch for my home office needs. It's almost overkill. The lever handle makes it a breeze to punch through stacks of paper. It has more features than I would imagine a hole punch could have. You can add more die punches or adjust the ones that are included any which way you want. It has a cool little lock feature that holds the lever in the closed position so you can store the punch in a drawer. This is easily the last hole punch I will ever need. Who knows, I might be able to pass it on to my kids When I die. Ha!

Buying my second one
I love this hole punch. I'm a middle school teacher and bought this as a treat for myself nearly 10 years ago. It has endured heroically. Honestly, the old one still works, but on the thousandth time a kiddo dropped it, the outer covering broke loose a bit and comes up when the punch is used. I'll probably try to superglue that back together and leave that one out for kids to use and keep the new one to myself.

which is great, so I do not have to redo the ...
Being a student, I tend to print out a lot of reading material, research, or whatever for class and the hole puncher I had just could not handle the amount that I was having to put holes in. With this, I am able to do a lot more than just 2 pages at a time, which makes it go a lot faster, and I am able to spend more time on schoolwork. The handle actually has a latch type on it so you can keep the handle down on it when it is not in use and you do not need to slam down on it when you are actually using it. The papers do not get stuck in it either, which is great, so I do not have to redo the punch or take a chance on tearing the paper.
